Discover the historic Ajloun Castle, a 12th-century marvel perched on a hilltop with panoramic views, and gaze out from the legendary Mount Nebo, believed to be where Moses first saw the Promised Land.

Feel the surreal buoyancy of the Dead Sea’s mineral-laden waters, then dive into the awe-inspiring beauty of Petra, the iconic Nabatean city carved into rose-colored stone. Journey across the dramatic landscapes of Wadi Rum by 4x4, where towering sandstone formations meet endless desert skies. Day 1: Departure from US (Night on board)

Embark on an unforgettable journey through Jordan, beginning in its vibrant capital, Amman, and exploring iconic landmarks across the country. Your adventure begins as you make your way to your departure airport in the U.S. to board your overnight flight* to Amman.

*If your flight departs before 4:00 a.m., please plan to arrive at the airport the evening prior to your scheduled departure.

Day 2: Amman

Arrive in Amman and transfer to your hotel*. As the bustling capital of Jordan, Amman blends modern life with ancient history, offering a glimpse into its rich past through countless archaeological sites nestled among its hills. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Dinner** and overnight stay in Amman.

Day 3: Amman

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before setting off on a panoramic city tour of Amman. Discover the contrast between the city's modern districts and its ancient heart during a scenic drive through its historic and contemporary neighborhoods.

Continue to the remarkable city of Jerash, often referred to as the "Pompeii of the East." Once a thriving Roman settlement, Jerash boasts some of the most well-preserved Roman architecture outside of Italy. Explore highlights such as Hadrian's Arch, the Hippodrome, the Temple of Artemis, and the grand Roman Theatre.

Next, head to Ajloun Castle, a 12th-century fortress built by the forces of Saladin. Perched on a hilltop, the castle offers panoramic views over the surrounding countryside and, on clear days, even the Dead Sea. Return to Amman and spend the remainder of the day at your leisure

Day 4: Amman

After breakfast at the hotel, begin the day with a visit to Madaba, renowned for its ancient mosaics. Stop at St. George Church, home to the oldest known mosaic map of the Holy Land, a fascinating glimpse into the region’s historical geography.

Continue to Mount Nebo, a site of great religious significance. According to tradition, this is where Moses was shown the Promised Land before his death. Enjoy panoramic views over the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea from this serene hilltop.

After breakfast at the hotel, set off for a full-day excursion to the awe-inspiring city of Petra, the crown jewel of Jordan and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Once the thriving capital of the Nabatean Kingdom, Petra is a masterpiece of rock-cut architecture and ancient ingenuity.

Enter through the narrow Siq, a dramatic gorge flanked by towering cliffs, and emerge before the magnificent Treasury, Petra’s most iconic monument, famously featured in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Continue your exploration to discover other remarkable sites, including the Colored Tombs, the Royal Tombs, and the Street of Facades—each telling the story of a once-great civilization.

As you wander through this archaeological marvel, imagine what life was like in the ancient city, hidden for centuries within the desert canyons. Day 6: Petra

Day 7: Wadi-e-Rum - Amman

After breakfast at the camp, return to Amman at the scheduled time. Upon arrival, enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure—relax at your hotel or head out to explore the city’s lively streets, local shops, and cultural landmarks at your own pace.

Explore the Amman Archaeological Museum before heading downtown to see the Roman Amphitheatre and bustling local markets. Day 8: Amman - Desert Castle - Dead Sea

After breakfast at the hotel, set off eastward to explore the remarkable Desert Castles of Azraq, Kharanah, and Amra. These well-preserved structures, dating back to the early Islamic period, once served as retreats and hunting lodges for Umayyad Caliphs. Step inside these historic fortresses to discover beautifully preserved frescoes and gain insight into 7th-century life in the region.

Continue your journey to the timeless Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth at around 400 meters below sea level. Admire the dramatic desert landscapes before enjoying some well-deserved relaxation. Day 9: Ready to Departure
